Tom Williams

Managing Principal & Founder

As Managing Principal and Founder of XCeed, Tom Williams is actively involved in every aspect of the company's business including overseeing the growth of the company's development pipeline and structuring development and investment opportunities. Tom works closely with XCeed's clients to provide the development expertise and capital to deliver the right location, the right facility and the right schedule at the right rent throughout the U.S. Tom has helped XCeed acquire and develop a portfolio of projects that benefit clients and the communities they serve.

Tom received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. He attended Marquette University on a Chick Evans Scholarship, a full tuition and housing college scholarship for golf caddies. Tom is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Chicagoland Area Shopping Center Owners (CASCO). Tom is also involved with philanthropic organizations such as Misericordia and the Evans Scholars Foundation.
